CDL Driver
We are looking for talented drivers with the following qualifications –
- Class B or greater commercial driver’s license with air brake endorsement
- Good customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts professionally, courteously, and cooperatively toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and dependable trustworthiness.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
- Good follow-through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules; promotes the Company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.
- Maintains a feeling of pride and positivity in work; strives to achieve all goals.
- Two years of prior experience driving side-load (ASL) trash trucks preferred.

Support Driver
We are looking for talented drivers with the following qualifications –
- A driver’s license is required with a safe driving record.

- Organized and driven applicants with superior work ethic preferred.
- Excellent position for someone looking to earn their CDL with the potential for upward mobility.
- Good follow-through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.

- Two years of prior professional driving experience is preferred.

Mechanic
Job Description:
- Regular A & P PM service
- Responsible for oversight, upkeep, and repair of a service and support fleet
- System diagnostics and repair of various Mack & Kentworth trucks under various bodies
- Address mechanical, air, electrical, exhaust, brake, hydraulic, and other issues
- Quickly respond to road calls as needed
- Inspect, address, and resolve property damage, hazmat spills, and collision reports
- Maintain an effective, orderly, stocked, and well-prepared shop
- Minimize unnecessary fleet expenses while maximizing the overall mechanical health of the fleet
- Negotiate best pricing between various vendors and suppliers
- Reliable and regular maintenance-related accounting reports and schedules
- Keep records/reports of maintenance, expenses, and inventory
- Manage invoices and accounts between various vendors and in-house accounting systems
- Effectively prioritize and schedule multiple projects while meeting expected deadlines
- Ensure and guarantee the safety, DOT & legal compliance, and road reliability of all equipment and vehicles in the fleet
- Sign off daily on DVIR write-ups
Job Requirements:
- Independently, and as a team, work responsibly as a self-supervised trustworthy department
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with others
- On-call availability during driver working hours
- Skilled proficiency with pneumatic, electric, braking, exhaust after-treatment, fuel, hydraulic, and engine systems of diesel and natural gas vehicles
- Lift, pull, push, and move items of weight up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Proficient in the use of computer systems such as but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Read, write, and comprehend detailed schematics, invoices, parts lists, and diagrams
- Trustworthy, honest, and dependable
- Work well with others in a small business work environment
- Schedule and program regular and urgent maintenance
- Self-motivated and diligent
